Day 1 — Arrival, Taj Vivanta Dal View & Private Shikara

Day 2 — Mughal Gardens, Old City Heritage Walk & Pari Mahal Sunset

Breakfast at hotel. Guided Mughal Gardens walk (Nishat & Shalimar) with a heritage historian. Old City walk covering Jamia Masjid, Khanqah-e-Moula, Rozabal and traditional papier-mache workshops. Day 3 — Gulmarg + Overnight at The Khyber Himalayan Resort

Breakfast. Private Innova to Gulmarg (56 km). Check in at The Khyber Himalayan Resort (a Leading Hotel of the World). Priority-lane Gondola tickets Phase 1 + Phase 2 (booked in advance).
